Albergo Due Mori s.r.l. is in charge of processing data with regard to subjects identified or identifiable after web site visiting. Albergo Due Mori s.r.l. processes data through commercial department employees and through maintenance service. Data processing consists in data files keeping by the company or its provider Aruba S.p.a. No data will be revealed to anybody except to subjects charged with data keeping.
WEB SEARCHING DATA
The web system and the software working for this web site necessarily acquire personal data (log files) which transmission is involved in web searching. These data (for example: IP address, computers connecting to website domain name, uniform resources identifier, request sending time, files dimension, delivery messages) are not acqired to identify the user but just to keep the web site safe and running. USERS’ RIGHTS

According to art. 7 D. Lgs. n. 196/2003 users have the right to ask for data cancellation and conversion to anonymous form; they have the right to block data illegally processed and to deny data processing for any legitimate reason. Those requests have to be sent to Albergo due Mori s.r.l.
